Qualification and Experience:

BS Hons(Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Business Management) with MBA in Finance or Procurement or Logistic & supply chain from top 10 universities ranked by HEC. Management shall be accorded more weightage. At least 10 years of post-qualification experience in procurement management (of goods, works, and consulting services) of health-related projects will be given preference. Knowledge and implementation experience of various international/national/subnational public procurement. Hands on experience in conducting technical evaluation of bids, contract award and management for government and donor funded projects.
