Qualification and Experience:

An eminent academician and is qualified to be a Professor as per HEC criteria, having Ph.D. in the field of Veterinary / Animal Sciences or Basic Sciences or equivalent from HEC recognized University / Institute and is registered member of Pakistan Veterinary Medical Council, minimum having- ing 20 years experience including 10 years administrative, financial, academic experience on the position(s) of Vice Chancellor / Rector / President/ Pro Vice Chancellor / Dean / Chairman / Rector/Registrar / Principal in any University / Degree Awarding Institute / College OR BPS-17 & above or equivalent in Public Sector or reputable National / International Private Organization; or a cadre officer of BPS-21 or above, having a DVM degree and a Master's from HEC recognized University / Institute or the candidates have Masters degree preferably a Ph.D. in the relevant field and have 15 years' experience in academia/intelligentsia or civil society, research or management leadership position and possess distinguished research and publication records (At least 10 publications in HEC recognized Journals).
